We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Ranch Manager to help care for our horses and beautiful ranch property in Camp Verde, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a peaceful ranch environment.
The position will start part time with the opportunity to grow into a full time role for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Feeding, watering, grooming, and caring for horses
• Cleaning stalls and helping keep the barn organized
• Exercising horses and helping monitor their health and well being
• Property work including gardening, irrigation, landscaping, and general ranch upkeep
• Helping with handyman projects and day to day ranch tasks
• Keeping the ranch clean, beautiful, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with horses or large animals
• Someone dependable, honest, and hardworking
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Able to work independently and stay motivated
• Experience with irrigation, landscaping, or handyman work is a plus
• Must be able to lift heavy items and handle physical work
• Reliable transportation required. AWD or 4WD preferred
• Local to Camp Verde area or open to relocating
