We are hiring carpenters looking for steady work and long-term growth in the trade.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Framing and general carpentry work
Trim, doors, and finish carpentry
Drywall and painting/finishing
Reading and working from blueprints (as you advance)
Measuring, cutting, and layout work
Jobsite cleanup and assisting journeymen
Learning hands-on construction skills on active jobsites
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reliable and shows up on time every day-- Has transportation
Willing to learn and take instruction
Safe on job sites and follows direction
Priority will go to those who can read blueprints and working independently
Good attitude and consistency--willingness to learn multiple trades
WHAT WILL NOT WORK HERE
No-shows or constant lateness
Refusing instruction or training
Unsafe work habits
Bad attitude or jobsite disruption
Not willing to learn the trade
