This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks—ranging from active field construction to precision shop work—and is eager to grow their career in the trades.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications include:
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Outstanding listening skills with ability to follow instructions
• High degree of mechanical ability and the basic familiarity with hand tools
• Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility in work schedule, along with the ability to work weekends
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and stand/work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license (required for using company vehicles)
• Must have dependable transportation to travel between locations
• Bonus: Experience operating heavy equipment
