Day Porter – Full-Time (Part-Time Opportunities Available)
$20/hour | Phoenix Area
Location: Multiple properties throughout the Phoenix area (home base is central Phoenix)
Schedule: Full-time daytime hours (part-time opportunities may be available)
We're a family-owned company seeking a reliable and hardworking Day Porter to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming properties across the Phoenix area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping properties looking their best.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and outdoor common areas
Remove litter, trash, and debris throughout assigned properties
Follow a daily service route across multiple locations
Respond promptly to property and customer needs
Ensure each site remains clean, professional, and well-maintained
Work independently while managing time and responsibilities effectively
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Clean criminal background
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
