Compensation: $22–$28+ per hour (based on experience & reliability)
Employment Type: Part-Time / On-Call (Weekends Required)

No Limit Events is a high-end wedding and event production company producing large-scale South Asian weddings, corporate events, and luxury private celebrations across Arizona.
We are looking for experienced, dependable production crew members who understand live event setups and can work efficiently under direction.
This is not entry-level general labor. We are looking for individuals who have worked events, concerts, AV, staging, or production before.
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload professional audio, lighting, LED wall, and staging equipment
• Assist with setup and strike of speakers, subs, truss, moving heads, uplighting, DJ booths, LED panels, etc.
• Run cable cleanly and safely (power + signal)
• Support lead techs during live events
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional work environment
Requirements:
• Prior event / AV / production experience (1+ year preferred)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Evening & weekend availability (most events are Fri–Sun)
• Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working long production days
Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Considered):
• Experience with QSC, Shure wireless, Pioneer DJ gear
• Basic lighting programming knowledge (Chauvet / DMX)
• LED wall build experience
• Forklift or staging experience
