FULL-TIME POSITION ONLY AVAILALBE
2026 Full-Time Magnet Assembly Production starts at $17 per hour - wage increases are based on productivity over time.
We do have a bonuses program based on company production goals / profitability if achieved to earn up to an extra $ on top of our starting wages.

Our Better Magnets production facility is located in the Norterra area at: 24825 N 16th Ave, Suite 100 in Phoenix, AZ 85085 behind Goodwill.
Access from the cross streets of Happy Valley Road and 16th Ave off of I-17 or coming from the 101 or Bell Road area take 7th Street or 19th Ave off the 101 go North to Happy Valley Road.
