Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience and work performance), paid weekly
Probation Period: $22/hour during the first month.

We are currently seeking several *general workers with experience in mechanical and electrical installation* for large industrial and commercial construction projects. The position requires working closely with the construction team leader to complete on-site installation tasks according to project specifications, complying with project management requirements, local laws and regulations, and site safety standards. Training provided.
Job Responsibilities
* Follow work assignments from the team leader
* Assist with material handling and on-site installation work
* Cooperate with the team to complete assigned construction tasks
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years of industrial/commercial installation experience preferred
* Ability to read basic construction drawings is preferred
* Basic English communication skills, including understanding safety instructions and simple workplace communication
* Must possess a valid U.S. work visa or legal authorization to work
* No criminal record
* Good physical condition and ability to work in high-temperature environments, outdoors, and at heights
