We are seeking an experienced **Landscape Foreman / Installer** to join our growing team in Phoenix. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, can lead a crew, and have extensive experience building custom outdoor living spaces, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
* Minimum **5 years of landscape installation experience** (required)
* Proven experience leading and managing installation crews
* Ability to read landscape plans and execute projects efficiently
*Knowledge of irrigation, grading, drainage, and landscape construction
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
* Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Must be dependable, punctual, and authorized to work in the U.S.
* Experience building:
• Water features
• Outdoor fireplaces and fire pits
• Retaining and decorative walls
• Outdoor kitchens and BBQ areas
• Patios, pavers, and entertainment spaces
Responsibilities
* Lead a landscape installation crew of 3-4 from start to finish
* Coordinate daily job site activities
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
* Train and mentor crew members
* Communicate effectively with management and clients when needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
