Base pay $23–$26/hr + weekly efficiency bonus — our foremen average $30–$40/hr total.
Monday–Friday. Weekly direct deposit. Company truck takes home after 90 days.
You need:
Proven landscape maintenance experience (mowers, blowers, trimmers)
Strong irrigation and timer operation experience
Clean AZ driver's license (MVD required)
Reliable transportation + smartphone
Ability to work in the U.S. (we E-verify)
You'll lead a crew, own your route, and be accountable for quality and efficiency. We're a family-run Phoenix company — there's a real path to a management role here if you want it.
