Job: Residential Cleaner
Now Hiring: Experienced, Detail-Oriented Cleaners. Excelsia Cleaning is growing! We’re looking for exceptional cleaners who take pride in creating beautiful, spotless homes. This employee position offers part-time hours initially, with a transition into a full-time role (not 1099). Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of professional cleaning experience in residential homes or luxury properties.
• You understand the difference between “good” cleaning and immaculate detailing.
• You have an eye for order, organization, and presentation.
• You’re punctual, positive, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
Job Responsibilities
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing floors, vacuuming, windows, etc.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently with minimal supervision or as part of a small team
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.

Job Requirements:
• Leadership experience preferred or the ability to manage a small team
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to climb and descend multiple levels of stairs
• Ability to carry weight up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
• Must be an American citizen or demonstrate authorization to work in the United States
