*We are a small production / manufacturing/ assembly and installation shop that works in a variety of products such as window sunscreens, insect screens, sliding and swinging screen doors, steel security screen doors, gates and patio roll down shades.
*Responsibilities:
Preparation and handling of raw materials, including cutting, drilling, and grinding steel and aluminum pieces.
Assemble and fabrication processes by cutting frame, using hand and power tools, manually rolling screen material into spline track and assisting with window screen and door screen installation.
*Requirements:
Previous experience in assembly - manufacturing and construction environment is preferred.
Experience using A - frame and extension ladders
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Window washing experience helpful.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team.
**Must have these skills:
Strong attention to detail and precision in handling materials.
**Basic understanding of measurements. Shop math, tape measure, standard shop tools.
**Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
**Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
**Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Working Conditions:
The job requires physical stamina and will involve working in various weather conditions and in a noisy industrial setting.
Regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods are part of the job.

We are located in the North West (Deer Valley area). - 21st Ave. and Rose Garden lane.
*Our Business Hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

* Be able to stay focused on the job, NOT ON YOUR CELL PHONE!!!
* No problem getting to work on time.
* Have high quality work ethics.
* Must be reliable and trustworthy.
