Payrate: $15.15/DOE

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Yard Laborer who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and providing exceptional customer service. If you take pride in hard work and want to grow with a company that values its employees, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
As a Yard Laborer, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers by:
• Greeting and assisting customers with their material purchases
• Loading customer vehicles and company trucks safely and efficiently
• Unloading incoming deliveries and organizing inventory
• Keeping the yard clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Building and maintaining material stockpiles
• Assisting with general yard maintenance and housekeeping
• Working alongside teammates to ensure efficient daily operations
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with reliable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Landscape, construction, warehouse, or yard experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position. Applicants should be able to:
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the day
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50-70 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently
