As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the working lead on our maintenance team — running the day-to-day work-order operion, executing hands-on repairs across all trades, and stepping in for the Maintenance Director when needed. Your Role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the day-to-day maintenance operion Pueblo Norte and serves as the working lead under the Maintenance Director. You will execute most of the hands-on technical work and provide directions to the Maintenance Technicians.

• Perform general maintenance and repair work daily across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Prioritize, assign, and complete work orders from residents and staff
• Conduct daily building rounds to identify needed repairs, safety hazards, and preventive maintenance
• Lead unit turns for new residents — painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and general make-ready
• Direct and support the Maintenance Assistant on daily tasks and special projects
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and the building exterior so the community is always presentable
• Serve as the on-site maintenance lead when the Maintenance Director is unavailable
• Participe in shared after-hours on-call rotion with the Maintenance Director.

Qualificions

• Valid Arizona driver's license required
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience with hands-on competency across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Prior experience supervising or leading a small maintenance team preferred
• Working knowledge of building systems, life-safety equipment, and preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritize work under pressure
• Pleasant, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
