Handyman Repair List
Looking for a handyman to complete the following repairs at a residential property:
Flooring
* Repair or replace one chipped floor tile.
* Evaluate and repair/replace multiple cracked floor tiles throughout the home.
* Recommend the best solution for the cracked tiles (replace individual tiles vs. another repair).
Kitchen
* Install quarter-round trim around the base of the kitchen column.
* Evaluate and add support/shims under the heavy concrete feature if needed.
Doors & Trim
* Spackle, sand, and paint around the front door lock/deadbolt for a cleaner finish.
* Touch up paint on damaged door edges.
* Repair and paint damaged door jambs/trim.
* Patch, sand, and paint old hinge/door grooves where a door was removed.
* Fill the hole next to the door jamb and install a transition strip or recommend a cleaner threshold solution.
Walls & Paint
* Patch nail pops.
* Patch holes and wall damage.
* Sand smooth and touch up paint throughout the home.
* Touch up miscellaneous wall imperfections.
Electrical
* Replace old light switch with a new white switch.
* Patch the hole beside the switch plate.
Laundry Room
* Replace the existing laundry room sink vanity with a newer vanity (includes disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing if needed).
Master Bathroom
* Repair the missing tile at the base of the shower/wall.
* Caulk around the pipe penetration in the wall for a finished appearance.
* Secure the bathroom light fixture that is pulling away from the ceiling.
* Repair severe ceiling nail pop (patch, sand, and paint).
