Part-Time Online Order Fulfillment Assistant (Flexible Schedule) (Central Phoenix)

We're a small, family-owned online menswear resale business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help fulfill customer orders.
This is a flexible, part-time position that's perfect if you're looking to earn extra income with a simple, straightforward job.
What You'll Do
* Receive order information by PDF, email, or text message
* Travel to the storage unit and locate the clothing item in the designated tote
* Fold, package, and prepare each order for shipment
* Place a thank-you card inside each package before sealing
* Apply the provided shipping label using the supplied plastic sleeve or tape
* Use all packaging materials provided on-site (envelopes, mailers, tape, etc.)
* Drop completed packages at the USPS Post Office on 7th St. & Hatcher
* Send a quick confirmation via WhatsApp or text when orders are completed
What to Expect
* First week includes paid in-person training
* Orders fluctuate from week to week—some weeks are busier than others
* Most shipping takes place on Mondays and/or Thursdays, depending on order volume
* No special software or system access required—everything is provided for each shipment
* Hours typically range from **4–8 hours per week**, depending on order volume
* Storage totes are stacked 3–4 high—lifting up to 50 lbs is required
* The storage unit can get warm during the summer. Water is always available on-site, and we're working on getting a cooler unit.
Requirements
* Reliable transportation
* Strong attention to detail—the correct item, thank-you card, packaging, and shipping label matter
* Dependable and responsive via text or WhatsApp
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Experience with retail, warehouse, shipping, or eCommerce order fulfillment
* Ability to perform simple clothing repairs (loose threads, small holes, etc.)
Pay
* Starting at **$15.50/hour**
* Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for a raise
* Summer performance bonuses available for outstanding work
