Legal and Default Services Company is looking for a reliable, DETAIL-ORIENTED person who is proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and online research, can multi-task in different programs and websites, and takes true ownership of their position. Experience in real estate will be helpful but isn't mandatory as our goal is to find the right individual to join our HIGH-VOLUME operations while contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace.
Your primary job duties will include:
- Receive and review incoming orders from clients (Outlook)
- Cross reference internal system with requirements to complete client’s request
- Confirm client’s request with details regarding services and their deadlines/vendors
- Enter the client’s order into the internal system with accuracy and efficiency using the information provided to client
- Print and distribute materials to various departments who are assigned tasks associated with the orders/services entered
- Assist with managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and client questions
Experience within the default/foreclosure/legal industry is preferred, but we’re truly looking for the right fit. You will receive thorough training! We need a self-motivated individual who is QUICK TO LEARN, adaptable to new technology, eager to ask questions, thinks independently, is EXTREMELY organized, and thrives in a high paced environment. While thinking fast and moving fast are key, you must be able to sit and be focused for lengthy periods of time.
Starting salary is dependent upon qualifications, but will range between $58K-$60K.
