1099 Contractor | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4 PM | NO Nights or Weekends
We’re looking for motivated, money-driven people to make outbound calls to local businesses and set consultations for our outside sales reps. MUST HAVE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE
💰 PAY:
Base Pay:
$15 per hour – Monday to Friday – Hours from 8am to 4pm (time may change depending on time zone)
Commission:
$5 - 1 to 19 per qualified consultations
$10 - 20+ per qualified consultation
(Uncapped)
Conversion Bonus:
$25 per closed consultation
(Uncapped)
📅 SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4 PM
No nights, no weekends
📌 REQUIREMENTS:
Must have current outbound cold calling experience
Strong, confident phone voice
Self-motivated & goal-oriented
