1) Custom Modular Architectural Millwork Cabinets with combination of both detatchable and integrated bases. Solid-wood everything with stunning professionally hand painted finish inside and outside...ready for reinstallation.
2) These are NOT YOUR AVERAGE OR ORDINARY CABINETS or hardware. And they are not cheep cabinets that you can low ball us for. These are VERY SPECIAL cabinets and 100% worth the 20% of value prices we have set below.
3) They are made of 3/4" (18mm), 2 Sided Prefinished, SuperCore White Birch Plywood, 13 Ply Plywood ALL AROUND Each Box (top, bottom, back, sides...ALL AROUND!!). You could literally jump up and down on them...not that you really would want to.
4) They are all made of SuperCore White Birch Plywood, the ultimate alternative to Baltic birch, offering a dense, heavy-duty hardwood core with no compromise and zero patches on the face and back. Built with the same number of inner hardwood layers for exceptional strength and stability, it delivers premium performance without the premium price tag. If you want Baltic birch quality without the Baltic birch cost, this is your best choice.
5) All boxes, doors, drawers, trim and other parts are primmed and professionally hand painted with fantastic matte finished high-end paint. They can be easily used with their current paint or be painted over without having to sand or prime.
6) Bases and tall cabinets are all fitted with commercial-grade soft close hinges and drawer slides.
7) Bookcase assemblies feature open shelving, carved ladder-style shelf supports, beadboard backs, crown molding and corbels.
8) Solid-wood framed cabinet doors. Some of the tall units are fitted with textured translucent glass and muntin grids, custom cut. Substantially deeper and wider than standard closet or pantry units.
9) Structural side panels, end panels, spacer boards, and fillers are all in tact and in great shape.
10) The Sage colored cabinets came out of a very large Craft Room, and the Bone / Creamy White colored cabinets came out of their His and Hers' GIANT walk-in closets with a large stone topped island.
11) These cabinets are all very easy to alter and reshape to your project since the boxes and materials are so solid and heavy duty. These cabinets can also be worked for kitchens, bathrooms, dens and other home or office applications.
12) Slab island counter top of natural Brazilian stone with honed / matte surface (not polished). The heavy Brazilian stone top of the walk in closet island is 48"x 114" and came out nice and clean. It has a high percentage of iron in it that makes it much heaver than other stone counters. No other counters came out usable.
13) THE WHOLE PACKAGE PRICE IS FOR ALL OF THE CABINETS, PARTS, ISLAND SLAB, ETC. IS $26,000 Cabinets are fully removed with very minimal damage that can be easily fixed. Currently, they are in a Public Storage professional storage facility at I-17 and Carefree Hwy in Tramonto.
14) THE PACKAGE PRICE FOR ALL SAGE CABINETS IS: $12,000 (includes 12+ boxes or seperate units of varying sizes) (all or nothing on this package)
15) THE PACKAGE PRICE FOR ALL BONE / CREAM CABINETS IS: $19,000 (includes 23+ boxes or seperate units of varying sizes) (all or nothing on this package).
16) We will consider requests to break up the two packages, but REALLY prefer to sell as 1 or 2 complete packages or as 1 big package.
All cabinets and parts have been moved from the donor house into a 10'x30' storage space at Public Storage at I-17 and Carefree Hwy in Tramonto, where you can come and see them. You will have to arrange for moving any cabinets that you purchase.
