Reluctantly selling my FXDWG that I have owned for 20 years, I don't use it much anymore so it's time to let it go to a good home. This bike has a lot of custom one of a kind parts that I made and a lot of chrome, but my main goal was to have a practical daily driver that was also comfortable for long rides. In the 20 years I have owned this bike it has never let me down and I will miss it. Might consider a trade, let me know what you have.
22,843 Miles.
11" shocks, sits a little lower but still has a nice ride.
120/70-21 front wheel, I didn't like the skinny front wide glide wheel that liked to follow the grooves in the road.
180/55-18 rear wheel.
Custom made rear fender.
Customized taillight.
Custom made license plate bracket.
Custom light bar.
Converted from belt drive to chain drive, I prefer the chain drive over the thinner belt needed for the wide rear tire, also it was easier and cheaper to change the sprockets so I could get a nice highway cruise. Yes, a chain can be a little messier but I think it is stronger and a heck of a lot easier to replace over the belt.
New Battery.
It has a mild cam for better low end torque.
