We are a family owned and operated construction business in the Valley since the 70’s and are seeking a full-time accounts payable clerk / executive assistant.
The job is multifaceted and includes accounts payable, HR and insurance, TPT tax preparation, payroll reports, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers as needed, and some office management.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be detailed-oriented, and be organized. We value a strong work ethic and are seeking the same in a candidate.
High School Diploma or GED
Computer Skills, including efficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
5+ Years Experience in Related Field
Pay depends on experience and is competitive.
