Wisely Blinds, a family-owned window covering business serving the Valley, is looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Office Assistant to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while keeping operations running smoothly.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay:Depends on Experience (DOE)
Location: I-17/ Peoria Ave
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers professionally
* Scheduling service appointments throughout the Valley
* Tracking parts, orders, and incomplete jobs
* Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
* Tracking jobs and parts with excel speadsheets
Qualifications:
* Proficient with Android phones
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
* Strong understanding of the Phoenix Valley geography for scheduling purposes
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and stay motivated
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
*Ability to learn new products quickly
