Full Time Accounting Assistant Needed (North Phoenix)

compensation: 17H-DOE
employment type: full-time

Multi LLC Private/ Real Estate Portfolio in need of a second Accountant to join our team.

Duties include the following but not limited to


- Human Resources
- Daily phone calls with onsite Managers
- Working with Excel and Rent Collection software
- Generating monthly/quarterly and yearly Profit&Loss statements
- Process weekly payroll using Quick Books
- Maintain up to date specific property information and files
- Account receivable – manage all aspects of Receivables
- Generate and send out invoices and statements
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines

Monday-Friday 9-5
7 paid Holidays a year
$17H - DOE
