Large Mobile Home Park in North Phoenix is looking for an Office Mgr/ Leasing with office experience and multi family housing management experience a plus . Duties include answering phones, greeting existing tenants and prospective tenants, processing rent payments with Spectra Software, (all checks no cash), data entry, posting late rent notices, posting other violation notices, responding to tenant complaints, weekly inspection of the park and the outside of mobile homes, processing applications for new tenants, showing some park owned homes and spaces to applicants, preparing all paperwork for new tenants, cleaning office and whatever else is needed to assist the Manager .
