Personal Assistant Needed for Digital Marketers (North Phoenix (North of 17/101))

compensation: Starting pay $12-$16 hourly doe
employment type: part-time

This is a very specific unique position. We’re excited to find the right long term fit.

About us: We do SEO, Facebook/Instagram and YouTube ads. Our agency is composed of us- a husband and wife team who work from our home office with three small kids. Since you’ll be in our house, it’ll be a comfortable and informal environment.

We’re less interested in your skills than we are your personality type. If you’re the right fit, we’ll teach you what you need to know, and you’ll grow with us.

Ideal match will meet the requirements below. You must be:
~Great at organizing your time and assignments.
~Diligent.
~Friendly.
~Able to follow directions easily and quickly.
~A highly capable problem solver.
~An even keeled personality type (and comfortable working with intense personality types).
~Detail oriented with great follow through.
~Great at communicating clearly and directly (and asking questions when you need help or if something is unclear).
~Proactive. A self-described high performer.
~Comfortable in unconventional environments (we aren’t nudists or weirdos, it’s just unusual that we work from a home office two feet from our kids room and bedroom).
~Honest.
~Looking for long term employment.

Necessary skills required:
~You need to be either adept at Trello or Asana or very good at learning and implementing organizational programs quickly.
~You need to be familiar with Canva. You don’t need to be a graphic designer, just able to whip up images for various ads, websites, blog articles, or social media platforms.
~You need to be techy. It doesn’t matter what kind. Maybe you’re great at social media. Maybe you’re great at blogging. Maybe you’re great at spreadsheets. It doesn’t matter as long as you’re digitally adept. We’ll teach you specifics.
~Bonus points if you’re familiar with Wordpress.

Initial responsibilities may include:
~A very random mix of activities to begin until we get our flow.
~Helping implement systems to oversee our overseas virtual assistants.
~Learning our work flow and coming up with ways to streamline it and be more efficient.
~Creating and sending out digital cards to prospects and new clients via Send Out Cards.
~Looking for and pitching for publicity opportunities.
~Creating postings for new virtual assistants.
~Creating our media kit using existing materials.
~Updating and proof-reading our website.
~Checking on the progress of overseas VA’s work.

Future responsibilities may include (for the right person):
~Eventually stepping into a leadership role as we grow and training individuals to do some of your tasks.
~Eventually working in an office space when the time calls for it.

We’re looking for a long term person to grow with us. Our agency is growing quickly and we’re looking for the right person to be along for this journey.
