A Pressman is a 2¼ x3¼ (6 x 9 cm) compact press type folding camera that can be quickly set up or packed away.
This is the most rare and universal precision edition. Developed by Busch Optical Mfg. Co. in Chicago Illinois.
It uses 2¼ x3¼ (6 x 9 cm) cut sheet film or can also use Adapt-a-roll roll film backs.
Lens: Wollensak Velostigmat Raptar 101mm F/4.5.
Shutter: Wollensak Rapax central leaf shutter. Shutter speeds: 1-1/400sec. B and T.
The shutter is released by a lever on the lens and by means of a cable release, which is included.
Rangefinder: Built in Kart synchronized rangefinder.
Roll film back: Adapt a Roll 620 Press type removable roll film adapter.
Film holder: Fidelity 2¼ x3¼ (6 x 9 cm) duo wooden cut sheet removable film holder
This camera is in perfect condition from my 64 years old collection. The camera does not need any restorations,
repairs, LCA or cleaning! The lens glass is absolutely clean, without any spots or scratches.
The shutter works like a great Swiss watch. All speeds work accurately. The photographs taken with this camera
are distinguished by incredible nostalgic artistic beauty, which is absolutely unattainable with any modern cameras.
Now it is absolutely impossible to buy a collector's edition like this, especially in such excellent working and
cosmetic condition, anywhere online, at any auctions, including on eBay.
