We are located in a quiet, large acreage, community island, off Dynamite Road between Tatum and Cave Creek. Private Ranch residence! Fully fenced, secure, gated. Quiet horse property, horse stalls available for additional fee. Clean, safe, quiet place to park your rig.
1 block walking to coffee shop, Ace Hardware, drug store and large Dog Park with exercise loop and miles of walking trails. Basketball, Soccer field, Tennis, biking. Also 1 block away, is a convenient Propane Station and Diesel.
We are close to large indoor Gym, heated swimming pool at YMCA and award winning restaurants, short drive to casinos. 10 minutes to downtown (Old Town) Cave Creek. Riding / Walk / Bike trails right outside gate. Across the road from Dynamite Roping arena. 30 minutes to Lake Pleasant, Bartlett Lake.
