Reproduction wheel, not sure of the manufacturer. Measures about 15" so a bit smaller diameter than an original GM wheel. This was removed from an aftermarket later model GM column. There are some scuff marks along the bottom section. No hardware or adapter, just the wheel only. Brand new these are over $350.
