Small, Scottsdale-based independent brokerage is looking for an experienced, part-time, inside sales person with a proven track record in outbound phone sales and appointment setting.
Candidate will work from home and utilize their own phone and computer.
Hours are from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday.
More hours are possible depending on candidate's success rate.
This could potentially turn in to full-time work depending on candidate's skill set.
This individual will prospect for, and acquire new leads daily through outbound sales calls and assist in all aspects of nurturing and managing leads in our contact management system (CRM).
The ideal candidate has a passion for people and/or real estate and has the personal drive to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals.
This position requires the ability to converse naturally with potential sellers and encourage them to move forward with setting an in-person appointment.
Applicant should be outgoing and friendly.
This is not about "hard selling" or being pushy.
90% of this position will be outbound telephone work.
10% of this position will be mailing follow-up material and tracking leads in database.
• Make 100-200 outbound teleph0ne calls daily
• Set 1-2 appointments daily
• Add 2-3 warm leads to database daily
• Convert leads into appointments
• Follow up via email and postal mail with existing leads
• Learn and follow sales scripts to deliver unique value proposition and overcome objections
• Successful track record with inside telephone sales
• Past experience in sales or call center is a plus
• Excellent phone, organizational and follow-up skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Articulate and well spoken
• Real estate background a plus
• Experience with dialer systems a plus
Hours and Compensation:
• 20-30 hours a week
• 9am - 1pm M-F
• $12.00 to $14.00/hour depending on experience
• $20 bonus for every new appointment set
Income potential: $30,000 to $40,000 a year depending on motivation/skill level.
