Please consider this letter an introduction in reference as to how my skill sets of Administrative Assistant, complemented by my current position as subrogation case worker, would be an asset to your office. My resume captures much of my career focused within the customer service call center environment, however, I am confident my strongest skill set is my ability to adapt and learn new positions, as my work history exhibits.

In my current role as a subrogation caseworker I am familiar with the healthcare field as well as my prior position as a Benefits Specialist. My short experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist in 2018 incorporates additional prior experience which I can bring to your office. My high level of attentiveness, excellent communication and organizational skills, have helped me attain my current skills set as a subrogation clerk.

In addition, I have further developed the ability to research within the subrogation field utilizing the software and program platforms which I utilize in my current position, and I have strengthened my customer service abilities. Through the various demanding positions in my work history, I have developed a sense of accountability, excellent interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to perform well in a team environment working individually and as part of a group effort.
