ASM JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including visual execution/standards and customer engagement
  • Create a culture of recognition and accountability that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales results
  • Build and retain a high-performance customer-focused team through training, development and performance management
  • Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem solve business opportunities and take appropriate action
  • Validate and ensure flawless execution of all omnichannel initiatives
  • Validate and ensure flawless execution of all customer loyalty initiatives and activities
  • Utilize all company planning tools to effectively schedule store associates to provide exceptional Customer Experience and support the needs of the business; partner with Customer Experience and Merchandising Managers to ensure proper staffing to support both sales floor coverage and store workload
  • Assist Store Manager with all KRONOS responsibilities, inclusive of scheduling, attendance management and timekeeping functions
  • Address and resolve employee issues and/or concerns with appropriate partnership
  • Support and maintain strong inventory management and data integrity routines
  • Support and maintain strong operational execution and compliance activities
  • Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training, awareness and accountability
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of Store Manager
  • SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
    • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
    • Ability to lift up to 40lbs

    MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST

    MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage overall store logistic processes that support company initiatives and productivity goals
  • Utilize all company tools and training resources to educate the team on all logistics processes, visual execution standards and stocking routines
  • Monitor publication calendar and delivery schedule to effectively plan and execute all logistics workload; partner with Operations and/or Freight Flow Manager to effectively plan and schedule for all workload
  • Timely follow up on all truck receiving and/or data integrity issues; responsible for parts ordering thru BOLT and any QA issues
  • Validate and ensure flawless execution of all omnichannel initiatives, inclusive of all inbound and outbound freight activity
  • Maintain stockroom standards and organization that supports efficiency and safety standards
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as directed by Store Manager and/or Freight Flow Manager
  • SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Seasonal Sales & Stock Associates, along with other members of the World Market Team, is responsible for a variety of duties including providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards established by management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
    • Seasonal Stock Associates may be required to work early mornings and overnight shifts.
    • Comfortable working in a team environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ Years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.
    • Excellent communication & time management skills.
