I am looking for a rent/ lease to own house in the North Phoenix area. House should have a minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It also should be located in a decent and safe neighborhood. If you have such a property and it perhaps does have some issues, let's talk and see what we can do. I'm a single male, have a good income but I do have some credit issues.
