I have two unfurnished rooms available in my well-kept 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the Fletcher Heights community of Peoria. It’s a safe, family-friendly neighborhood close to Trader Joe’s, Costco, and Midwestern University—and just minutes from the 101 Loop, making it great for commuting.
A little bit about me: I am an easygoing, respectful person. I work in the finance industry and usually work in the office 3 days a week and the remaining 2 days at home. During free time, I like to run, work out, and meal prep for my weekdays.
Three of the four bedrooms in the house will be occupied (Me, you, and another person), and you’ll share a bathroom with only one other person. The home remains peaceful and organized.
The house is quiet during the week and stays very clean. It’s ideal for someone who appreciates a tidy space and mutual respect among housemates. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and easy-going professional or student, preferably male. No pets or couples and no smoking or drugs are allowed.
