We have a detached room that is available for rent. The room is 225sq ft. The room has a shower/toilet/kitchentte. Laundry could be done in our garage. All utilities are included including internet. Awesome ac unit. Not a huge room, so if you have a ton of stuff, might not be the best option. Might be able to store some stuff in our garage as well.
Looking for a FEMALE tenant. Tenant would share backyard with my family that is in the main house. Tenant would have to be ok with my family, dog and I enjoying the backyard as well (dad, mom, two great kids, old Great Dane in the main house.) Hardworking, busy family. Ultimately would love someone in the room we would enjoy being around and maybe spending time with as well.
