Four bedrooms, two baths, single-story home with a swimming pool. Located near 27th Avenue and Camelback, Phoenix, Arizona 85017.
Private key-lockable bedroom, access to two living rooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, central AC, pool, two shaded patios, fire pit, and more. No stairs.
Current residents are students and professionals.
Our last four GCU students graduated(plus one doctor)!
Monthly rates: $925 for a single, $1550(move in rate); OR $1550/month/couple (includes large room near small living room and three-quarter bath).
Monthly move-in for a couple is $2550, which covers first and last month. No extra security deposit.
Basic utilities, WiFi, and off-street parking included. Linens and beds provided. Desk-chair, Wii, ps2, 65” TVs, projector tv’s, Apple TV, Bose acoustics sound system, 2 microwaves, chest freezer, bidet, fridge (getting second fridge soon). Hammock (strongly recommended); we can see Big Dipper on clear night, ALSO, drones and gcu parking structure visible every night! Lol…transients used to try to stay in our alley, but not recently; very low traffic on our block, never had porch pirates…. For several years, durable home! Soccer haus/old GCU Rugby house!
Pool under 60° in winter, remains open; over 90° in summer. Cold plunge plans for future, massage jets/walk in tub.(planned 2027); in 3rd bathroom!(coming soon)
Adult applicants need a fifty-five dollar background check.
