Private room available in a 2-bedroom apartment near I-17 & Thunderbird. Looking for a week-to-week arrangement for now — no long-term commitment required.
** This is a 3rd floor apartment, it might take the breath out if you coming up for the first few days but evebtually it does get better...lol I promise!
What's included:
• Your own private bedroom
• Hall bathroom for your exclusive use
• Dinner most nights (I cook family-style meals and love having someone to share them with — fair warning, I work late so dinner is usually around 10 PM)
A couple of things to know:
• This is a pet-friendly home — I have cats, and their food dishes are kept in the hall bathroom
• Week-to-week lease at $250/week
