The room is good sized, has a good size closet and nice ceiling fan. The rent RECENTLY DISCOUNTED to just $250/weekly includes utilities and unlimited WiF. In the house you will have access to the common areas kitchen and laundry room as well as an extra living room and there is a washer dryer. We all provide and prepare our own food. You have a separate refrigerator for your food. You will have a shared bathroom with a neat clean male. We are very neat and tidy and everyone cleans up after themselves. One vehicle can park in the driveway..This is a smoking tolerant household but cigarettes must be smoked outside on the patio, which is a enchanted beautiful covered patio with a nice little backyard. It's a really nice space with a little garden. I have a small Chiweenie dog who is very friendly. You must be a A DOG LOVER!! If you have a pet, a small dog or cat may possibly be allowed. But a $100 non-refundable pet deposit would be required. I currently have one male roommate that has lived here over a year. He is a hard worker and mostly keeps to himself other than friendly common talk and occasionally sharing a meal together.You must have stable employment, I am seeking a good , honest, hardworking respectful, and independent person. Full rent is do weekly to be deposited via bank accout. We're looking for a long term weekly renter but there is no lease required. There is a $100 refundable deposit and $100 non-refundable so $200 deposit. Easy move-in affordable with just the $200 deposit and then the $250 weekly rent so only $450 to move in. If you have a pet there's an additional $100 pet deposit that is not refundable.
