My place is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and currently there are 3 of us living in it. I am in the master bedroom, another guy in the middle sized bedroom and one in the living room. The 10x11 ft bedroom is currently vacant.
We don't smoke and rarely drink. We keep the house temperature between 72-77° for compatibility and cost reasons. Compatibility is important for long term to us.
Your rent of $600 per month plus a one time refundable deposit of $100 is due upon move in. Cash or Zelle welcome. Side by side washer and dryer included (huge bonus).
