2000 sq. ft house. There are two bedrooms to move into. The first one is a bit smaller and has a shared bathroom with one other woman, $900.00 and is available now. The second one is the master with its own bathroom; it has a large walk-in closet, and a built-in classy closet also to show your nice things. I would rent this one for $1100.00 for a single person, more for a couple. This master will be available in August. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with good neighbors. There is plenty of parking with mountain views. There is a large and very nice outside sitting area with cafe lights, misters, and BBQ. The property has a block fence in the front yard that dogs love, as well as the back. I love dogs and will allow one or two upon my approval. There is a laundry room, a large family room you can use as your own. The kitchen is nice and large. the house is kept clean, and temperature comfortable summer or winter. Your rent payment pays for internet, some tv viewing, Netflix, electric and water. I will post pictures of the master in a day or two.

I would ask that you be willing to help out around the house doing some yard work and keeping the house clean. You can plant flowers, s garden or do things you like, in and outside. I am very handy at many things and would help you9 do things. I don't smoke, but am 420 friendly, and smoking cigarettes outside is ok. Deposit of $900.00 due at before move in.
