Two slide outs, kitchen/living room and bedroom. The coach has 250 K miles, but only 50K on a new engine. The generator runs on diesel and has low hours. The oven works but my wife is scared of it so won’t use it. The water heater is new and works fine. The refrigerator works fine on gas and AC. All the plumbing is Pex and has no leaks. I towed my Colorado truck behind it and the tow bar comes with it. The slides work fine. Plenty of basement storage. The inverter is 1500 Watts and keeps everything charged well. Has a 250 watt solar panel that keeps the house batteries charged.
The couch is new and leather, the driver and passenger seats are in decent condition.
The engine is a 330HP 3126 CAT.
Now for the not so great stuff!
I am hoping that to find a mechanically minded young man that can do some minor repairs himself. (If you are not, don’t even think about buying a motor home. If you have to hire it repaired you will not be able to own one regardless of year and condition).
The rear (bedroom) AC/Heat pump has a Freon leak and doesn’t work. The front on works fine and is ducted to the bedroom.
The chassis batteries are dead, 31 series truck batteries. The house batteries are 2 years old and are (4) 6 Volt AGMs.
The right windshield has a long crack in it. I was quoted $500 to replace it. The paint is clear coated and there are spots where the clear coat is flaking off. I wonder if a rattle can coat will fix that? The leveling jacks don’t work because the manufacturer made the electronic controller obsolete! They can be raised and lowered manually though. I threw the mattress away, it is a standard RV size for about $300.
I am 80 years old with some major health issues. But I will promise I would never sell it if I didn’t have to!
I live in Eastern Iowa but will fly out and show it to serious buyer. Please don’t make me come out there if you are just curious! The coach is stored at Black Canyon City.
