I purchased this motorhome over a year ago for my other half and I to go travel and see the country. Being a cabinet maker for over 20 years (retired now) I rented a space in the Rv park we have another rig in, and went to work remodeling. I added matching cabinets, a matching coffee table, a matching dining table with a piano bench. ALl of the wood in this coach is cherry, and I was able to get an all but perfect match on the finish.
This coach was stored inside for 18 of it’s 20 years, so the paint looks new.(like a 2015) As opposed to most coaches, the detail on the outside is painted on, not decals. Please check the photos below, and the original document noting the options that are included. I will list here all of the maint issues I tackled, and new additions. I’m the 3rd owner, and the folks who ordered this coach, seem to have been handed a list of options, and they simply answered “YES” to them all.
All within the last 500 miles ( that’s all we got to use it)
6 New toyo tires, put on at Roberts tire in Show Low.
3 new Fantastic fans, blows in and out, each with its own remote, and rain sensor.
All new daylight lights for the ceiling lights in the main salon, and bedroom
C-9 diesel, new oil and fuel filter changes.
New commercial carpet squares in the bedroom
New Dometic porcelain toilet.
$500 credit for you to cchoose and purchase your own favorite mattress.
New oil change on generator,
Air horns, hooked to the brake system compressor.
Lg full size refrigerator (side by side) with ice maker
Sharp convection microwave.
New 52” smart TV.
New laminate floor in the front living area and 2 fwd slide outs
CUstom matching cherry shelves in the master closet
Good working combo washer dryer in a cabinet in the master bedroom.
100 gal diesel tank, 60 gal propane
Hydronic heating system serviced, and working. Heats water for hearing and showers. ($12000.00 option)
Please check the photo of the original build sheet. This rig was about $290000.00 in 2005. AI tells me that in todays dollars it would be about $485000. Here is a great chance to get a beautiful coach for 15% of new. THis is essentially a freightliner semi, with an allison Trans, with a motorhome built on it. I believe a c-9 cat is just about the biggest motor that comes in a motorhome. I got it because of the incredible power. When you push the gas pedal, it gets up and goes. It’ll go faster than you want or need to go. Nothing worse than a motorhome with a dog for an engine.
It also has the Aladdin system, that monitors EVERY system right from a screen on the dash.
Systems that have not been programmed or tested:
High end stereo
Keyless entry system that unlocks the main cabin door as well as all the outside compartments. Needs programming
Satellite dish on the roof
So why am I selling it after doing all of this work, and not getting to use it but a couple of times (less than 500 miles)? An old injury from my military days, has jumped up and bit me in the ass, making it difficult and painful to setup, and tear down while traveling. It breaks my heart, after all of this, to let her go, but my loss is your gain.

I also have a new canvas for the awning, that I will throw in, so it can be installed when needed. Please look at the original invoice in the pictures, for all the options installed when she was ordered from the factory
I will continue to update as I remember more options. I am still finding more mood lighting hidden all over the coach. I have a huge file with all manuals, wiring diagrams etc for you to keep as well. I’ve been adding to it as I have added new gear.
