2022 Grand Design Reflection 278BH bunkhouse fifth-wheel model is part of the Reflection 150 Light Series, designed for towing with half-ton trucks. Key features include 1 slide-out, a walk around queen bed and 2 full-sized bunks, a fold out sofa and a U-shaped dinette that convert into beds for additional sleeping. There is a full-sized automatic awning w/led lighting, an outdoor kitchen that includes a two-burner stove and a beverage refrigerator, there are 2 roof-mounted air conditioners and an instant hot water heater. I have added an additional 12-volt battery for a 2-battery system (200AH, lead acid-both new 1/26) and a 2000-watt inverter and it has a roof-mounted solar panel charging system. It has plenty of storage including pass through storage, large rear storage, large front storage and additional storage in the outdoor kitchen. It has an auto, 4-point electric leveling system that can be controlled from 2 areas. Tires are Goodyear Endurance load E trailer tires, (05/21) with about 1/4" of tread left. There are 2 TV sets, 1 in living room and 1 in the bedroom, both have CD players along with an AM/FM radio/CD player with both indoor and outdoor speakers. There is a 3-burner cooktop stove with a glass cover and led lighting. The oven has really never been used much! There is a microwave, large single basin stainless sink, high-rise residential-style faucet, and a countertop extension. The bathroom has a porcelain foot flush toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity, and large shower with a skylight. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, nightstands, reading lights, overhead cabinetry, and storage below. All windows are fitted with blackout roller shades. We have added many interior special touches, have extra hoses for dump, water and power, a 5th wheel lock and tripod for extra stabilization after setup. The 5th wheel hitch on the trailer has an adjustable pivot point for easier maneuvering with a small box truck as well. It has everything needed to take it out the minute you own it. Truck 5th wheel hitch and 3500w generator also available and negotiable.
