We never used the fuel center equipment and gas tank as we do not have a toy (just fishing poles and plastic boat). bought this toy hauler used and dealer had no info on it.
Outside shower
Garage area has a full-length, pull-down screen so you can enjoy fresh air if you do not want the a/c on. we put blue tape in a cross so you can tell picture is of a screened in area.
Added 2-lightweight small dressers, key racks and 2 coat/hat racks, bathroom caddy, towel racks.
Added an Amazon backup camera, and an outside folding door handle to side door
bathroom and kitchen screened, roof vents, each have a motorized fan.

Great for camping, safely hauling small toys with all the floor tie down u-shaped latches. We only used this for camping so we could go fishing and travel in Arizona.
We do have a loan balance with America First Credit Union; and it is not assumable. Would have to meet buyer at the Credit Union for you to provide them with the cashier's check, cash or wire transfer.
