Located in Chino Valley, Az 86323. Please contact for appointment. 1985 4cl 22R Carbureted 4spd zero miles from complete engine swap including full low end main bearing, timing chain kit, full top end and cylinder head valve job, new pistons rings bearings rods rebuild from pro builder and shipped from California w/receipts (complete other engine). This 128k chassis no longer has original engine or AC compressor but retains AC components, heater works. Original engine core was exchanged and is no longer with us. Tires have 100 miles, engine has 20 mins breakin. No leaks at engine or roof. Over 15k invested since 2017, new interior remodel and roof repairs, vents etc. Black and Grey tanks have always been winterized along with propane disconnect for safety. Furnace and fridge also winterized long ago and unit has never been lived in (super NOT gross or gutted)., some plumbing modifications for drinking water under sink have been modified. Great daily driver. Ready to save the world!
