Noble Protection Group is currently hiring dependable and professional **Unarmed Security Officers** for locations in the Phoenix and Tolleson areas.
We have multiple schedules available, including:
* AM shifts
* Swing shifts
* Graveyard shifts
* Full-time and part-time opportunities
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a visible and professional security presence
* Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols
* Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
* Respond appropriately to incidents and security concerns
* Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
* Enforce site rules and client policies
* Communicate professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and supervisors
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Current Arizona DPS Unarmed Guard Card or ability to obtain one before starting
* Reliable transportation
* Reliable phone and consistent communication
* Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
* Must be able to pass all required hiring and background requirements
* Previous security experience is preferred but not required
**Compensation:**
$16 - $17 per hour, depending on assignment and experience.
