I am a single senior male (63) living on social security. I am in need of a room to rent month to month while I wait for subsidized housing... i am clean (as in I take care of myself and surroundings with respect),I have a 40 year + rental history with no evictions( I pay my bills 100%...)I do not drink heavy (1 beer a day after dinner, but I can do without if that's an issue), no drugs... I have 2 cats that are emotional support animals that I want to include , they are senior cats , very docile and shy (they can be in my room 24/7 if necessary) ...I can help with general housework/ animal care (yours) if wanted ...
