I’m looking for a calm, well-kept home in NE Phoenix or Scottsdale with a March move-in.
A little about me: I’m responsible, organized, and bring a steady, mature presence to a home. I live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and am very respectful of shared space. I keep regular hours, don’t smoke or use drugs, and I’m not a partier. Cleanliness and clear communication matter to me.
I’m financially stable and happy to provide references.
Ideally, I’m hoping for a non-smoking female household with minimal pets. Washer/dryer access and off-street parking are important to me. I’m flexible on furnished vs. unfurnished, and a private bath is a bonus but not required.
I’m especially interested in a traditional, owner-occupied home where one room is being rented, rather than a multi-room or dorm-style setup. I’m looking for a place that truly feels like home — peaceful, respectful, and drama-free.
