$250.00 Basis visual inspection fee for the Phoenix Metro areas of Maricopa County
$375.00 Basic visual inspection fee within a 150 mile radius of Bell Road and I-17
$475.00 Basic statewide visual inspection fee for rest of Arizona
$75.00 Single page report (+$50.00 for additional pages)
$30.00 for every 6 photo added to report
