Job Summary:
Super Saver Bookkeeping LLC is building a team of high-performance, self-driven sales professionals to grow our bookkeeping and accounting client base.
This is a 100% commission-based 1099 contractor role designed for individuals who want to build recurring, long-term income rather than chase one-time commissions.
You will generate your own leads, close new business, and build a portfolio of clients that pays you monthly. We provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic insight, but you are expected to execute independently.
Compensation (Transparent & Performance-Driven):
50% commission on the first month’s collected revenue per client
15% recurring commission on all ongoing monthly revenue from that client
Residual income continues as long as the client stays active
Example:
Close a client at $500/month
Earn $250 upfront (month one)
Then earn $75/month recurring for the life of that client
Scaling Potential:
20 clients at $500/month = $10,000 monthly book
Your residual = $1,500/month ongoing
Continue stacking clients → income compounds monthly
Long-Term Earning Potential:
This structure is designed for serious producers to build six-figure recurring income, with the ability to scale toward $500,000+ annually over time through accumulated residuals and consistent production.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage your own leads (cold outreach, networking, referrals)
Present and sell bookkeeping/accounting services to small businesses
Close deals and onboard new clients
Maintain relationships that support retention and recurring revenue
Operate independently while applying coaching and guidance
