This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor, commission based role with additional earning opportunities. Successful contractors may grow into a larger role within the company.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Remote Senior Agents to join our newly formed team. In this role, you will guide individuals through challenging financial situations and help them explore structured solutions.
You will use your knowledge of financial programs and client communication to support individuals in making informed decisions and improving their financial outlook.
The ideal candidates will have:
Prior experience working with financial hardship or resolution programs
Strong phone sales or closing experience (English)
Call center experience, remote or in office (United States)
Experience working with a dialer system
Strong knowledge with CRM platforms such as Forth
