This is a great idea for a housewarming gift: Here is a fun gift I have given to friends and they really get a kick out of it. "Keys for their castle"! There are 4 or 5 skeleton keys on a ring. The are approximately 6" long and as a set, they are quite heavy. Made of cast iron. I've been back to their home 10 years later and they have shown me - or I've seen those same keys on their walls. For the colored set of 5, the price is $10.00. For the set of 4, it is $7.00 each. I have about 3 sets of these. I am keeping some for future gifts ... but I just don't have a need for all of these.
